I am an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with over 40 years of experience in traditional and holistic medicine. I began my career as an Army Nurse Corps Officer for 13 years and hold a Master of Science in Nursing in Health Promotion and Illness Management. My conventional medical training was concentrated in the areas of Oncology, Palliative Medicine and Hospice.

My exploration into complementary and alternative healing methodologies was/is motivated by the desire to help individuals achieve optimal healing. I hold Advanced Practice Board Certification in Holistic Nursing (APHN-BC). Having trained in a wide variety of holistic healing modalities, my practice intuitively blends various skills and approaches to address whatever needs arise in the moment. I integrate all of my learning, to include my traditional medical training, energetic/vibrational medicine, life/wellness coaching, trauma resilience, grief support, indigenous wisdom and health advocacy to best serve the client.

I am passionate about working with the subtle energetic body to resolve issues on multiple levels of a person’s being. I love exploring the intersections of energy medicine, spirituality, quantum physics, neurobiology and consciousness. I have an affinity for working with the Angelic realm in a form of healing called "Sacred Healing".  I am also trained as a Reiki Master in both the Usui and Karuna traditions. My goal is to share my intuitive gifts with those who are open to receive.
